Will my teenager have their own room?Â
You can check with our admissions team about securing a private bedroom. We have a limited number, and they are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Â
Does insurance cover treatment?Â
Thanks to the Affordable Care Act, substance use and mental health disorders are typically covered partially or in full by insurances. Additionally, we work with a host of insurance plans. Please reach out to learn more about using insurance to pay for rehab and to verify your insurance.
How long does treatment take?
The exact treatment process can vary depending on individual characteristics, such as the presence of a co-occurring mental health disorder, the specific substance used, and more. Generally speaking, a stay at our residential rehab lasts around 28 days, which is usually followed by outpatient treatment and aftercare..
Do you use medications during treatment?
If your child requires medication, we’ll discuss this with you prior to implementation. If your teen already has a psychiatrist or prescribing primary care provider, please sign the ROI to ensure that we can communicate with these individuals during your child’s stay. We’ll then be able to verify past treatment and communicate any medication additions or changes for post-treatment care.
Will my teen be able to continue their education?Â
Yes. We collaborate with your child’s home school district to continue their education and provide academic support. Â
