Recovery & Life Coaching
Navigating early sobriety can be a challenge. Recovery and life coaching services help clients successfully face and surmount challenges as they arise.
DBT Individual Therapy
Clients have access to individual Dialectical Behavior Therapy sessions regularly. The main goal of DBT is to help teach clients how to stay grounded in the present moment as they engage in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. DBT aids in the development of healthy and effective stress management techniques.
DBT Skills Training Group
In DBT skills training groups, clients work on the acquisition and generalization of personal skills in a supportive and collaborative setting. They offer peer encouragement as they continue to learn effective methods of distress tolerance, core mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation.

Weekly Case Management Assessments
This weekly assessment provides a detailed breakdown of the client’s overall progress in their treatment plan, highlighting areas that require ongoing or immediate intervention. The report includes a thorough examination of personal and support criteria, helping the loved ones of each client to focus on areas that may have been not in their immediate awareness.
Family Support
Early recovery is not just challenging for the newly sober individual — it can be a trying time for everyone involved. We provide family support services to the loved ones of each client, teaching them how to help while ensuring their own needs are met.
Sober Companion
The transition from residential treatment to independent living can be particularly challenging for those new to sobriety. Sober companionship provides sober support in particularly demanding life situations when a client might not have access to other means of assistance. This service is only available in the Life Care tier.
Life Skills Training & Support
We focus on teaching clients a range of essential life skills, from budgeting and saving to engaging in self-care activities. The life skills services we offer to address all areas of life and adequately prepare clients for success in all that they do.
24/7 Access
In the Life Care tier, clients have 24/7 access to recovery-related support and all available treatment services. Our Life Care Path is ideal for those who require extra guidance as they navigate sobriety.
