“Plymouth House saved my life! I wish I could of stayed longer but it was time for me to go out into the world and do it on my own. Their 12 Step program is the only thing that worked for me. They hold you accountable and have enough support to help you conquer your addiction. They have amazing supportive staff, great food, amazing classes, and amazing clinical staff as well. I don't know where I'd be right now if I didn't go to the Plymouth House. The grounds were beautiful and the living quarters were clean and comfortable. They offered yoga 3 days a week and they were there to help me get back on my feet. Thank you Plymouth House.”

My resistance to group therapy disappeared faster than I expected, because Guardian made me feel understood. Guardian pulled me out of waters I was close to drowning in. Their program kept me accountable, taught me things I didn’t even realize I needed, and gave me tools that allowed me to find myself again. They helped me open up about things I had buried without realizing, and they saw strength in me at a time when I couldn’t see any in myself. Every therapist, counselor, and staff member made me feel safe, validated, and genuinely cared for in a way I’ll never forget. They became the support system I didn’t even realize I needed. If anyone needs help, needs strength, needs Hope.. give yourself the gift of Guardian. I dove in headfirst, let go of judgment for myself, and soaked in everything they offered. And because of that, I’m standing where I am today. Guardian - a name that truly reflects what this program has been for me. A place I know, if need be, I can always return to, to find my way. So thank you. So much. My gratitude to each one of you and the program as a whole is endless. Sending all of my love xo”

I have never been so comfortable and reassuring of my safety here with these kind individuals. The place is very clean and everyone is so friendly. And the food is absolutely amazing. Like some other places you go to they just treat you like a patient and don't even know your name. But they call you by your name like they care and grown to know you. I would recommend this place to anyone that is dealing with any addiction issues. I am very grateful for everyone that has helped me on my recovery.”

Our Florida-based representatives are here to help you 24 hours per day.
Most of our programs are staffed to welcome new clients seven days per week. This means most clients can start the same day, next day, or in alignment with their schedule.
The length of care is dependent on the level of care required and how the client responds to it. Residential services range from two weeks to 90 days, and PHP or IOP can run for several months. Outpatient and virtual care can continue for months at a lower intensity. Longer stays correlate with better long-term outcomes, which is why we’ll sometimes recommend more time than your insurance initially recommends. Your clinical team reassesses on a set schedule and works with each client, so the plan can shorten or extend based on where you actually are.
Device access is limited during the first phase of residential treatment and increases as you progress. The reason is practical rather than punitive: the first days are when contact with the people and places tied to your use does the most damage. [State the current policy: which phase, how long, what access looks like after.] You’ll be able to reach family during scheduled call times regardless.
Three balanced meals a day plus snacks, prepared on site. Tell admissions about allergies, dietary restrictions, and religious requirements during intake and the kitchen will accommodate them.
Yes, during scheduled call times, with [email/messaging access] depending on your program phase. If there’s someone you need to reach urgently — a child’s school, an employer, an attorney — tell your counselor and they’ll make it happen outside the normal schedule.
The two things that help most are learning what addiction does neurologically, so the relapse risk stops reading as a character flaw, and agreeing on boundaries everyone will actually hold. Our family education sessions cover both. What helps least is a family member managing your recovery for you — we’ll say that directly in the sessions.
Yes, in their original labeled containers. Our medical staff stores and administers them, which is a safety requirement rather than an act of suspicion. All medications are reviewed for interactions with any other prescriptions that may be part of treatment.
Access is controlled and staff are on the property 24 hours a day. Visitors and deliveries are screened. We take client and staff safety very seriously, but strive to ensure that the environment feels safe without being restrictive.
