Dr. Aditya Vora is originally from Long Island NY, and ventured to Florida for medical school. He is board-certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Vora specializes in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, panic disorders, OCD, depression, bipolar disorders, and schizophrenia. Dr. Vora completed Medical School at Nova South Eastern University. When he is not seeing patients he enjoys working with medical students as an Affiliated Assistant Professor for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Matthew E. Navratil received his BS in Criminal Justice from George Washington University and a Masters in Social Work from Barry University. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and brings over 15 years of experience in the field of substance abuse both personally and professionally. Matthew’s own struggles with addiction have afforded him the opportunity to give the hope and practical tools provided to him, with his clients who struggle with the disease of addiction. Matthew provides counseling to individuals and families with psychiatric and co-occurring disorders. His extensive experience includes working with individuals with a myriad of behavioral health and other life issues, including but not limited to substance use, depression, and anxiety as well as life stressors. Matt utilizes a blend of cognitive behavioral (CBT), strength perspective and the 12 step program. In doing so, he creates a safe and nonjudgmental space for healing, processing and resolution for his clients.

Outside of her professional life, Taylor enjoys paddleboarding, unwinding, and maintaining her fitness.

He also has the distinction of being a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He was serving as Chief of Psychiatry and chairman for psychiatry department at RWJ Barnabas Somerville Hospital. Dr. Wassef has lectured nationally on resistant depression, substance abuse treatment and pain management in chemically dependent patients, and has published several journal articles on severe anxiety, bipolar treatment and treatment of chronic resistant depression

Melissa received her MS in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2011 and she was doing work in the field before she received her MS. With over 15 years of field experience in an array of places she comes to Bishop with a multitude of expertise in mental health and addictions. Melissa believes that the client is the one in charge of their journey, and she is there to help guide in the process and sees her role as that of a facilitator and guide. Melissa is intensively trained in DBT and CBT as well other modalities that are trauma informed. She also holds a substance use license and background that helps clients with co-occurring struggles. She utilizes a more mindful balanced approach to help create a safe space for clients. When not working Melissa enjoys time with her husband and 2 children, spending time at the beach or in nature, and camping.

She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Saint Anselm College in 2019 and plans to obtain a master’s degree in Social Work. Jordan currently works as the case manager for our Mental Health IOP program. Jordan has a passion for mental health and wants to use her experiences to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, helping others struggling with their own mental health.

Amanda graduated from Lehigh University with both an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Education degree in Counseling Psychology. Amanda has been working in the field of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment for over 17 years. She served as a clinical manager and a clinical director for over 13 years. She is a certified Clinical Supervisor and has been the recipient of many awards, including YWCA Women Who Make a Difference. She has taught undergraduate coursework at several local colleges and universities and has been a presenter at the Pennsylvania Certification Board annual conference. She serves on the board for a nonprofit agency in Pennsylvania and strives to be an advocate for individuals impacted by substance use disorder, mental illness, disordered eating, and process addictions.

He went to Rutgers, The New Jersey State University for his Doctoral Degree from Rutgers, and obtained Master’s degree in family psychiatric and mental health nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He lends his expertise at CareFirst Medical Group, New Brunswick New Jersey. He sees patients for a wide range of concerns and consultations like bipolar disorder, mental health consultation, sleep disorder, and stress management. He gives his patients his undivided attention to help his patients. Dr. Olajide is fluent in English and Yoruba. He believes in the restoration of mental health through an integrated approach which positively impacts their life on a daily basis. He believes in fostering a healthy physician-patient relationship that facilitates assurance and respect.

Adrienne actively involves clients in their treatment, working to ensure ongoing and sustained recovery.

Since 2017, Adriana has been working in a variety of healthcare settings but found her home at Guardian in 2023. She is experienced in addressing client and team member issues and supporting staff to enhance process efficiency. While at Guardian, Adriana has enhanced her human resources skills by preparing for and participating in on-site audits and managing HR-related processes for the New Brunswick and Hoboken offices, as well as the Princeton Detox & Recovery Center location.

When completing her graduate degree at Rutgers University, she completed the Addictions Certificate Training program, gaining experience through contributions to faculty research regarding the impact of online gambling in adults, and also working with individuals in the field, including both Detoxification and Intensive Outpatient services. Angelique holds dual licensure in Social Work and Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counseling, and is dedicated to assist individuals establish and maintain their recovery, while also working to adjust to major life changes, improve relationships with self and others, and cope with uncomfortable thoughts and feeling.
