What changes are being made?
We are unifying all Guardian Recovery facilities with a common logo, website, name and branding. Your day-to-day activities and facility structure will not change.
What is our new facility name? Where do I tell people I work?
In some cases, facility names will change to a simpler structure to help clients find us more easily. For example, CuraSouth will become Guardian Recovery – Tampa Addiction Center. The Plymouth House will become Guardian Recovery – Plymouth House. You will work at the facility and for Guardian Recovery. For example, “I work for Guardian Recovery at the Plymouth House facility.”
Detailed instructions for internal naming will be provided.
How will I benefit?
The clients you work with will have a simpler time understanding all of Guardian’s offerings. You can identify as an employee of a premier national behavioral health provider.
Will we have the same capabilities, functionalities, and experiences that we currently have?
Yes! Nothing is changing with your daily experience.
Will any of my logins change?
No, although some email group addresses might change.
Will my pay or benefits change?
No, you will not see any changes to your benefits or pay.
Will my job responsibilities change?
No, your job responsibilities will not change.
How should I talk about this change when asked by clients, alumni, and their families?
Specific messaging is provided for clients, alumni, and families. It is important to let them know that nothing is changing about their care or our programs. We are simply changing our brand to better reflect our organization.
What is the timeline for changes?
A detailed timeline for rollout will be provided for each facility.
Will I still be working with the same people?
Yes! There will be no staffing changes.
Where do I go with questions about these plans?
Please reach out directly to your executive director with any questions or concerns.
