Clinical Director

Anna Barrett, LCSW, serves as the Clinical Director at Guardian Recovery, bringing specialized expertise in treating co-occurring disorders. She earned her Master of Social Work from Barry University in 2017 and holds a Bachelor’s in Religious Studies from Naropa University. Anna combines her clinical training in somatic counseling and body-centered psychotherapy with her certification as a yoga and meditation instructor to provide holistic care. Her background includes extensive work with individuals facing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and eating disorders. Anna is passionate about utilizing client-centered approaches that honor each person’s unique journey toward healing, supporting Guardian’s mission of fostering hope and sustainable recovery.
