Great start to my journey over 7 years ago. Still going strong.

I attended Pine Tree Recovery IOP for 9 weeks and thought it was beneficial. The groups were mixed up with different topics to keep us engaged. There were two specific groups I remember. One group was when we had a partner who we practiced making an amends to and the other group was about the backwards brain bicycle you tube video.

I still have my driver's name in my phone, 6+ years later. In case I ever need to recommend a safe and friendly detox to someone. 'Pine Tree Dave'.
