Florida

To file a complaint about a substance abuse or mental health facility in Florida, contact the DCF Abuse Hotline at 1-800-96-ABUSE (1-800-962-2873). New Jersey

File complaints with the DMHAS Complaint and Incident Reporting System by calling (609) 777-0702 or emailing [email protected].
